Rachel Lanter, known as The Lioness Woman, is a minister, speaker, author, and communication strategist who helps believers close the communication gaps that keep them from hearing God’s voice, walking confidently in their identity, and strengthening the relationships that matter most.

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago and now based in the Florida Panhandle, Rachel brings together biblical teaching, practical communication strategies, and transformational frameworks that help individuals, churches, leaders, and organizations experience lasting change. Whether she is equipping women through Become HER, teaching believers to hear God’s voice, or helping teams communicate with greater clarity, her passion is to see people move from confusion to confidence and from information to transformation.

Rachel is the founder of The Lioness Woman, Kingdom Lifestyle Movement, and TLW Communication Solutions. She is also the author of Become HER, a transformational guide that helps Christian women discover the season they are in and embrace the woman God created them to become.
